Made of durable stainless steel, this smoker box replaces the sear plates of a barbecue directly above a lit burner. To use it, remove the grill grates and a sear plate directly above a burner. Place the smoker box on the sear plate supports. Fill the high-capacity box with your favorite flavor of wood chips or chips and secure the lid. Replace the cooking grates and turn the burner under the smoker box to low. The chips or chips will begin to burn and produce smoke.

It's ideal for adding that delicious smoky flavor to your favorite dishes. For best results, the food should be grilled for at least 20 minutes.
