Dear Customer,
We have received official communications regarding a recall of ZWILLING-branded ENFINIGY kettles with a capacity of 1.5 liters. In isolated cases, the kettle handle may loosen or detach during use, causing hot water to spill and potentially resulting in burns.
Details of the malfunction:
The handle of the ENFINIGY kettles may not be securely attached to the body of the product. During filling, lifting, or pouring, the handle may loosen or detach, causing boiling water to spill or the kettle to fall accidentally. In some cases, second-degree burns have already been reported.
