Petrol water pump Blue Bird STV-50X: for transferring water

The petrol water pump Blue Bird STV-50X is designed to make water transfer easier for irrigation or draining applications permitted by the manufacturer, without relying on mains electricity. The Koshin K 180 four-stroke engine drives the pump with 2-inch connections.

Flow rate and head

The stated maximum flow rate is 580 litres/min and the maximum head is 26 m. Flow rate indicates the volume of water transferred over time; head expresses the ability to overcome elevation differences and losses in the circuit. The two maximum values are not achieved simultaneously; choose according to the planned route and installation.

Water and connections

The STV series permits debris up to 8 mm according to the manufacturer’s table; it must not be used for larger material. The stated maximum suction depth is 8 m.

Use and maintenance

Follow the manual for fuel, lubrication and pre-work checks. Clean and maintain the machine with the engine switched off, checking guards and fasteners.
