OUTDOOR USE
Pierce the pot’s base with a screwdriver or drill to create drainage holes and prevent water stagnation.
Place a layer of expanded clay or other draining material at the bottom.
Add a layer of non-woven fabric to allow water passage but block solids.
Add a layer of soil and place the plant inside. Finally, fill the pot with soil up to the rim.

INDOOR USE
Place a plant pot inside this pot and use a suitable saucer underneath.
If you prefer to use the pot without an inner pot, you can pierce drainage holes as described above.
Remember to always use a saucer to avoid water damage to floors.

EXTRA TIP
You can also pierce the pot’s side wall about 3-5 cm from the bottom to create a “fake saucer” inside.
Fill this space with expanded clay, then non-woven fabric, and finally soil.
This way, unless watering is excessive, excess water will remain inside the pot without leaking out and causing issues.

Is the pot suitable for outdoor use?
Yes, the pot can be placed outdoors. If it is not pre-drilled, you must pierce the base with a screwdriver, drill, or similar tool to allow excess water to drain in case of rain. Multiple small holes are preferable to a single large hole.
Place a layer of expanded clay at the bottom to prevent soil from escaping through the holes. For taller pots, we also recommend weighting the base with stones or sand to prevent tipping.

Are there any precautions for indoor use?
We recommend placing a layer of expanded clay at the bottom of the pot. This prevents water stagnation while retaining the moisture needed by the plant roots.

Is the pot designed to withstand low and high temperatures?
Yes, the pot is resistant to all weather conditions, both summer and winter. However, unlike the pot itself, plants are generally not frost-proof.

Will the color remain the same over time?
Yes, the pots are UV-resistant and do not fade.

Is the pot impact-resistant?
The resin used to make the pot is very durable and will not be damaged by small drops. However, sharp or pointed objects can cause damage.

How can I clean the pot?
A common non-abrasive degreaser is suitable for cleaning any pot.

Are discounts available for resellers or bulk orders?

You can view our products by appointment at our Garden Center in Ravenna, via A. Fortis 2.
