Remote-controlled tracked brush mower Blue Bird FM 24-53

The Remote-controlled tracked brush mower Blue Bird FM 24-53 lets the operator manage mowing by remote control. It is intended for maintaining tall grass, scrub and brambles in green spaces, agricultural areas and woodland. Tracks support travel and manoeuvring while the operator controls the machine from the position specified in the instructions.

Cutting and travel

The Loncin 224 cc engine powers the floating-blade cutting system with a 530 mm cutting width. Travel uses two brushed electric motors with a maximum voltage of 24 V. Drive motor power is separate from petrol engine power; the published figure is not assigned to each individual motor.

The brochure states a mowing capacity of 1500 m²/h, a cutting height of 3–12 cm and a 6.5-litre fuel tank. The system is compatible with the FM 24-70 professional remote control; compatibility does not confirm that it is included.

Remote control and limits

Radio communication uses the 2.4 GHz band with a stated range of approximately 200 m. This describes the connection and does not establish a safe operating distance in every environment. The stated maximum slope is 15°; orientation, ground conditions and manoeuvres must comply with the manual.
