Outdoor Use
Pierce the pot’s base with a screwdriver or drill to prevent water stagnation.
Place a layer of expanded clay or other draining material at the bottom of the pot.
Insert a layer of non-woven fabric to allow water passage but block solids.
Add a layer of soil and place the plant on top. Finally, cover the plant with soil until the pot is filled.

Indoor Use
Place another pot containing the plant inside and use a suitable saucer at the base.
If you prefer not to use an additional pot, you can pierce the pot as described above.
Remember to always use a saucer to avoid wetting the floor.

Extra Tip
It is also possible to pierce the pot’s side wall about 3-5 cm from the bottom to create a “fake saucer” inside.
Fill this space with expanded clay, then non-woven fabric, and finally soil.
This way, unless watering is very excessive, excess water will remain inside the pot and won’t leak out causing issues.

Is the pot suitable for outdoor use?
Yes, the pot can be placed outdoors. If it is not pierced, you must drill the base with a screwdriver, drill, or driver to allow excess water drainage in case of rain. Multiple small holes are preferable to one large hole.
Finally, place a layer of expanded clay at the bottom to prevent soil from escaping through the holes. For taller pots, we also recommend weighting the bottom with pebbles or sand to avoid tipping.

Are there any precautions for indoor use?
We recommend using a layer of expanded clay at the bottom of the pot. This prevents water stagnation while retaining the moisture needed by the plant’s roots.

Is the pot designed to withstand low and high temperatures?
Yes, the pot is able to resist all weather conditions, both summer and winter. However, unlike pots, plants are not particularly frost-proof.

Will the color remain the same over time?
Yes, the pots are UV-resistant and do not fade.

Is the pot impact resistant?
The resin used to make the pot is very durable and even if dropped from a small height, the pot will not be damaged. However, particularly sharp or pointed objects can damage it.

How can I clean the pot?
A common non-abrasive degreaser is suitable for cleaning any pot.

Are discounts available for resellers or bulk orders?

Is there a showroom where I can view the products before purchasing?
You can view our products by appointment at our Garden Center in Ravenna, via A. Fortis 2.
