Delivery times are generally 24-48 hours (48-72 hours for Sicily, Sardinia, and Calabria). Dadolo.com does not apply any surcharge for shipping to the islands.

If the product is not in stock at the time of order, you will be promptly informed of the unavailability, allowing you to modify or cancel the order and receive an immediate refund. In case of product shortage, restocking times are approximately 7 days.

Dadolo.com entrusts shipments to the best national couriers.
An email will be sent to notify you that the product has been shipped. The shipment tracking code will be included in the email and will also be visible in your personal area.

PACKAGE ACCEPTANCE
Upon receipt of the package, please verify that the number of packages matches the label and that the packages are intact in all parts.
If the package appears damaged, unsealed, wet, or dented, please make a specific reservation note when signing for the package.
