Delivery times are generally 24-48 hours (48-72 hours for Sicily, Sardinia, and Calabria). Dadolo.com does not apply any extra charges for shipping to the islands.

If the product is not in stock at the time of order, you will be promptly informed of the unavailability, allowing you to modify or cancel the order and receive an immediate refund. In case of product shortage, restocking times are approximately 7 days.

Dadolo.com entrusts shipments to the best national couriers.
You will receive an email confirming that the product has been shipped. The email will also include the shipment tracking code, which will be visible in your personal area.

PACKAGE ACCEPTANCE
Upon receipt of the package, please verify that the number of packages matches the label and that the packages are intact in all parts.
If the package appears damaged, unsealed, wet, or dented, please add a specific inspection reservation when signing for the package.
